Gymnothorax cribroris is a moray eel found in coral reefs in the western Pacific ocean, around eastern Australia.[1] It was first named by Whitley in 1932,[1] and is commonly known as the Sieve-patterned moray, Sieve-patterned eel, Sieve moray, Brown-flecked reef eel, Brown-flecked moray, or the Australian moray.[2]
